Mobile Phone Driver Jailed for Death Crash

A Scottish motorist aged 29 who was involved in a fatal crash while using a mobile phone was jailed for four years today, reports the The Scottsman.

"The man was on a call to his sister when he collided with another car on the wrong side of the road. He was also banned from driving for 10 years by Judge Francis Gilbert QC".

Be careful out there. It could happen to any of us.
