Dow Jones Newswires To LAunch European Mobile News Service

Dow Jones Newsires will launch a news service for delivery to wireless devices in Europe, in association with mobile technolgoy vendor Yellow Pepper. Mobile users will be able to customize news alerts by choosing keywords from more than 50 categories, reports econtent mag.

"YellowPepper will syndicate the content to European network operators. In addition, it will create a subscription service that will be available via the Web and WAP. The news alerts will be available in multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, and Portuguese."
