Text Message entertainment for NHL Hockey fans

Beginning this NHL season, fans will be able to vote for game MVP's from the comfort of their couch, play NHL trivia wherever they are, chat about the latest trades and get last minute ticket alerts from their favorite team while out on the town -- all on their cell phone using a single shortcode.

Fans can also register for these services on NHL.com. Each mobile entertainment program will carry a charge of $.50. according to Business Wire.
