Microsoft Moves in on Mobiles 

Motorola, the world's second-largest cell phone maker, on Monday introduced its first mobile phone powered by Microsoft software, expanding the software maker's reach in the market for about 450 million handsets a year.

The companies named Orange and AT&T Wireless Services as the first two wireless operators to sell the phones, according to Wired.
