In a pioneering initiative by the Staffordshire Police, fans attending a major rock festival - in the UK which is expecting more than 70,000 people over the weekend - can report crimes to the police via anonymous text-messaging, according to the BBC (thanks Petri!) Uh, anonymous text-messaging?
