Reassuring bank clients by SMS

Following reports of at least two cases of bank groups' websites being hacked into in the past fortnight, First National Bank of South Africa has reassured internet banking clients that their money is safe.

More than 180'000 FNB internet banking clients will be informed by free SMS or e-mail of each and every logon to their account, thus alerting them immediately to any unauthorised access, according to 24News.com.
