ADMA launches is Mobile Marketing Code of Practice

Direct marketing companies that continually send spam SMS messages to mobile phones face expulsion from the industry body under the new code. And spam victim consumers will be able to appeal to the industry's independent code authority. More on the new guidelines in previous post entitled Spam causes Consumer Harm.
