SMS as a weapon of war

According to an article in CBSNews, the U.S. military may use technologies like SMS, the Internet, and e-mail in cyber-warfare operations.

Already, military officials privately acknowledge that they've sent e-mail to Iraqi generals, encouraging dissent and defections and warning against following any order to use weapons of mass destruction.
