M-commerce morphs

-- Soapbox Mobile - envisions wireless sales of movie tickets, concert tickets, even airline tickets.

-- Zingo - launched a service in England that allows customers to hail a cab, for a small fee, using their cell phones. cf Too Few Drivers For Mobile Service and Being tracked down by your mobile.

-- Digimarc - Oregon-based Digimarc includes a digital "watermark" in the ads. While not visible to the naked eye, the watermark can be decoded by software installed on a phone. cf digital watermarking technology for use with camera phones
