Parking Fees to Be Paid by SMS
Sofia municipality (Bulgaria) will introduce a new "Pay and display" parking fee system, reports novinite.com
The drivers will be able to pay not only by coins but also by sending a text message from a mobile phone, the new Sofia "Parking Lots and Garages" General Executive Ivailo Nikolov said on a press conference.
