Dog Bark Translator for cell phone
Vodafone KK has announced the launch of Bow-Lingual Connect, available in December, a service that will be able convert dog barks into text messages and expressions as well as display pictures of the dog taken with the handset's built-in mobile camera phone.
Customers will be able to converse with their dogs by using it in conjunction with a new Vodafone mobile handset and a special smart card, according to JCN Network.
Though this article doesn't mention it, it must be manufactured by Japanese toy maker Takara, who came out with Bow-lingual, the dog translator device which has been selling in the US since 2001. cf pictures on Takara USA website.
