MMS: Kuwaiti mobile users get MMS Arabic cartoons

Wataniya Telecom has announced an MMS service offering Arabic cartoons and comics to mobile users in Kuwait. Called 'Action', subscribers will receive a weekly MMS cartoon, according to 160characters.org.

In the US, "Best of Dilbert" comics have been available to mobile phone users since June 2003, through FunMail (cf Dilbert comics on your cell screen).
