Cingular Wireless today introduced Tone Cards, a way for consumers to give the gift of ringtones and for Tone Card recipients to easily download their favorite ringtones and graphics.

Tone Cards are essentially prepaid ringtone cards that allow their consumers to purchase tones and graphics in advance rather than incurring charges to their monthly Cingular bill.
