Eminem settles ringtones action

Rapper Eminem's publishing companies have settled a court action with a firm selling mobile phone ringtones of the artist's songs over the internet, reports the BBC.

"Eight Mile Style and Martin Affiliated launched the action last year in the US District Court against five companies". ... A lawyer for Eminem said: "We reached an amicable agreement."
