O2, Nokia and Loudeye make German music mobile

In a move that mirrors the model from eMusic in the US, O2, Nokia and Loudeye are partnering to offer a mobile music download service in Germany that will allow users to download full-length tracks in Windows Media format to their mobile phones or to their PCs. [via Digital Music Services]
