Gay community goes mobile with m-Qube
PlanetOut will team with mobile technology company m-Qube to bring lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender content to wireless phones, including including news, ringtones, images, games and access to community-themed information services and event calendars, according to RCRNews Wireless.
"m-Qube also said it will deliver mobile content from the hit series "The L Word" on a new mobile storefront from the cable channel Showtime. The sho.com wireless store (only accessible from within the US) offers music from the lesbian-themed series as well as cast photos and the show's logo".
