Ringtone to be recorded live

Hip Hop artist Ludacris will record four ringtones live at the launch of his new CD Tuesday tonight. The deal is a collaboration between InfoSpace Mobile and The Island Def Jam Music Group. The press release does not make it clear if this is a ringtone, realtone or truetone. I'm guessing it's not an actual ringtone - even a polyphonic one wouldn't work too well.
