AG Interactive, the interactive division of AG, has acquired MIDIringtones. The St. Paul, Minnesota-based MIDIRingTones creates, sells and distributes wireless content including ring tones, graphics, audio tones and games to mobile phones. Terms of the sale were not disclosed".
