Nokia Launches Gift-a-tone Service

What a great idea, offering a ringtone as a gift!

Nokia announced the launch of its «gift-a-tone» service for its handset users who are subscribers of Hutch, Orange, Airtel and BPL Mobile in India. The service enables users to send ringtones via SMS. The ringtones are priced at Rs 10 (22 cents) for monophonic tones and Rs 15.90 (35 cents) for polyphonic tones. The offer is valid till November 5, according to Voice&Data.
