Sucessful ringtone contest on a Bollywood flick
Downloading Hindi-film-songs-based ringtones is another popular trend among cell users and a profitable revenue model for many dotcoms, according to Agency Faqs!.
Following the trend, "Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon", a much talked-about Bollywood flick has an online ringtones contest on Yahoo! India. where the winners will be able to meet the stars of the movie. Launched June 10, the contest has been so successful, that Yahoo! India is extending the last date of the contest to July 10.
Interesting: "This is a first-of-its kind deal between a web portal and a movie where the portal is prominently featured as a part of the story. The stars in the film use Yahoo! Mail to communicate in the movie, with the high point being one of the climax scenes in the movie".
