32 million mobile video users in China by 2008

It's a bit early to talk about the Beijing Olympics, although according to ABI Research, China excepts a boost of its mobile video users to 32 million and is lining up the broadcasting and streaming technologies.

ABI Research forecasts approximately 715,000 mobile video users in neighbouring Hong Kong in 2008, of which 99 percent will be streaming users, reports ScreenAfrica. "In Taiwan, ABI Research forecasts that there will be over 1.5 million mobile video users in 2008, with 97 percent receiving content via streaming."
