Comedy Central's "Lil' Bush" to Air Cellphone Show

MK-AH558_AMPD_20061203153436.gif Lil' Bush, an animated political parody for cellphones, is set to air next Summer on Comedy Central, according to the WSJ.

"Comedy Central, part of MTV Networks, plans to announce today that it will air a 5 minute political parody show produced by start-up wireless carrier Amp'd Mobile Inc..

... The "Lil' Bush" deal comes as consumption of video, music, games and other content on cellphones in the U.S. is growing. Roughly 5.7 million people in the U.S. will watch video and TV footage on their cellphones this year, up from about 1.5 million a year ago, according to technology research firm Yankee Group."
