DIY Mini-mags on Your Mobile

Mobile Marketing Magazine reports on tocmag, a free service that launched Monday in the UK, that allows anyone to create mini-magazines on cell phones.

"The magazines can be filled with up to six pages of text, photos, audio and video. Anyone with access to a computer and the Internet can build a Tocmag in as little as five minutes. Once created, Tocmags can be downloaded via mobile internet to a limitless number of phones, and are stored on the phone’s memory, so they can be read even when the user is out of mobile coverage. Tocmags can be viewed on any phone with any level of Java."
