Mobile TV with picture-in-picture feature

Samsung have announced the Samsung SCH-B470, a mobile-TV-picture-phone enabling users to insert a picture on the other half of the screen, next to the TV program their watching - or, doing any of the million other things a Samsung phone will let you do.
