Forecasts: RFID Locator and RFID Blocker

A couple of forecasts from The Institue for the Future's "artifacts from the future" -mocked-up products claiming to be from, say, 2009 - written up by Business2.0 and CNN - are a lamp that can be made to spotlight anything with an RFID tag, and a disruptor tag that shuts down signals from RFID chips within 3 feet.
According to Business2.0, a company called RSA Security has invented an RFID blocker, though it isn't yet being marketed. But an online business, DIFRWear, has started selling an RFID-blocking wallet and passport holder.
Here's the DIFRwallet:
Our RFID Blocking Wallets ensure that cards with RFID tags within the wallet can NOT be read while the wallet is closed. This gives you the ability to control when, how and by whom your cards are accessed. To allow the RFID tag in the card to be read, simply open the wallet and direct it towards the reader.
