Doctors recognise apoplectic strokes via mobile video telephony
Apoplectic strokes can be recognised via video telephony with a mobile phone, reports DMEurope. "These are the results of the 'Fast UMTS' apoplectic stroke study that the University of Twente has conducted with Vodafone and a number of doctors and neurologists throughout the Netherlands".
