The world-first ' mobile special district '

As a part of the M-1 (Mobile-first One) project aiming to maintain Korea as the world's leading mobile country, The Ministry of Information and Communication has announced the construction of the world-first mobile special district (MSD), reports Digiens@u-City.

"MSD will be a test-bed to explore all kinds of existing and emerging mobile communications: HSPDA, TD-SCDMA, WiBro, DMB, 4G mobile etc. are possible in one place."
