Student accused of violating bus driver's civil rights for recording his behaviour

An incident on a Lee County school bus where the driver stopped the bus and yelled at the kids for no reason for 20 minutes was recorded on a student's cell phone. The cell phone was confiscated by the bus driver and returned to him a few days later, but the principal pressured him into erasing the recording, for "violated the civil rights of the driver".
