Video phones spread 'happy slapping'

The second happy slapping incident reported by the press today.

cooltech reports that british police said a teenager was arrested Wednesday in connection with a "happy slapping" attack on a 14-year-old girl filmed on video phones.

The 14-year-old was with friends in Leamington Spa, central England, when her mother said she was attacked by an older girl while a mob of 20 boys filmed the violence."
