Boy bound, masked and set on fire - and filmed on cameraphone

Thirteen Secondary 3 boys assaulted 13 year old Kyle Parker for 'trespassing' on their secret meeting place, reports The Electric Newspaper.

"They tied him to a tree with masking tape, bound his legs together with his own school tie, placed a monkey mask over his face and gagged him, reported The Bolton Evening News. Then, they set fire to the tape with a cigarette lighter.

The 20-minute-long assault on their camera phones, so footage of Kyle's humiliation could be forwarded to the entire school.
