PhotoLink with Camera-Phones
If you photograph breaking news with your camera-phone, 16WNEP would like to see them may use them on the air or on the web.
Just send them straight to PHOTOLINK@WNEP.COM (or you can use PL@WNEP.COM, it's easier to key in).
Here are some tips for capturing the best photos:
-- DON'T TAKE PICTURES WHILE DRIVING!
-- Use the highest resolution your phone offers.
-- Don't use your digital zoom. Digital zoom lowers the overall resolution of your photos. If we need it, we can digitally zoom in using our computers.
-- Hold your phone steady. Any movement can blur the picture.
-- Bright light is best.
-- Give us information. When you send in a photo, please include some details on when and where the photo was taken. And please include your name so we can give you proper credit.
-- Call us. If your photograph is of a really major event, please also call us at 1-800-533-NEWS or *1616 on your Verizon Wireless phone.
