They are appealing for anyone with mobile phone images, pictures or video from any of the four sites to send in their images via a website: www.police.uk.

In their own words:

On both Thursday 7th July and Thursday 21st July there were serious incidents in London.

On Thursday 7th July more than 50 people were killed and hundreds injured in terrorist attacks in central London.

Were you there? Did you see anything suspicious? Did you take any pictures?

Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is asked to contact police.
