SUICA allow album reservations
J-POP artist Shogo Hamada's new album "My First Love" can be reserved simply showing SUICAs (plastic cards embedded with RFID, permitting payments without the hassle of coins or making change), to special "digital posters" installed at certain train stations.
The digital posters have speakers that play songs from the album; they read SUICAs and issue album researvation coupons.
FeliCa-equipped i-mode cell phones function as SUICA, so I wonder if the reservation coupons are delivered to the mobile phone.
