SKT Indicted for Circulating Obscene Video Clips to Minors

The Supreme Prosecutor's Office yesterday indicted a manager of SK Telecom, the country's leading mobile telecommunication provider, for circulating obscene video clips to underage subscribers, reprots The Korea Times via Moco News.

"A survey showed that 16 million of 36 million subscribers to mobile communication companies, have used adult content through mobile telephone services".
