Girl arrested over 'happy slapping' attack

According to the Daily Mail, police are holding a 16-year-old girl over the latest horrific 'happy slapping' attack on a teenager.

Becky Smith, 16, was knocked unconscious and suffered temporary paralysis as she was attacked near her home in Blackley, Manchester.
