Orange TV Launches today

Today marks the launch of Orange TV - the UK's first TV-on-the-mobile service, reports
Coolsmartphone.

"It operates on the Orange 3G network and brings news, sport and entertainment programmes onto your phone.

9 channels will be available including ITN News, CNN, Cartoon Network and extreme sports. Special Big Brother and Celebrity Love Island channels have also been developed".

According to The Telegraph, the service will be launched next week on the company's high-speed 3G network. It will initially be available only on the Nokia 6680, with further handsets to follow throughout the year.
