Patient's written consent of camphone pictures in hospital

In today's WSJ, Sarah Rubenstein writes on how cell phone rules are easing up in US hospitals across the US but points out that St. Luke's Episcopal in Houston has a new policy saying that camera-phone users must comply with privacy rules for photography, which require a patient's written consent for a photo."
