Schools Urged to Ban Camera Phones

Camera phones may be banned in schools because of fears - not of students cheating on exams - but that secret pictures of teachers could be taken and posted on the Internet, according to the The Scotsman.

"A spokesman stressed the council was simply making schools aware of the problems associated with camera phones. There are many issues surrounding privacy. The children and teachers have a right to privacy,” he said.
