KDDI's RFID Reader phone
KDDI developed a slide-in RFID reader that can be easily attached to the back side of a mobile phone. There are two different kinds: one reads 2.45Ghz passive tags and the other reads 300MHz active tags. They plan to do some pilot tests in March 2005. [ via RFID in Japan ]
