Amstrad offers video calls

Video calls and two-way picture messaging are new features with the third incarnation of Amstrad E3 home videophone, reports Webuser and the BBC.

"As well as video calls, the E3 also lets you send and receive emails, access the internet, send and receive picture messages to mobile phones or PC owners, play games, download ringtones and has a built-in digital camera so you can send photos via email."

The E3 may also face competition from mobile phone firm 3 that lets its customers do video calls. "
