How people and businesses are using video phones

Sprint outlines some examples of how people are using - or could use - their videophones, reports Newdays. Sprint says:

-- Lawyers have used the phones to capture video of witnesses at depositions.

-- Electricians seeking help have been able to send video to staff at headquarters.

-- Other contractors could also benefit by taking video of a trouble spot and sending it to others who could offer guidance.

-- Sprint is also testing the phone in Manhattan with reporters who want to send images of breaking news stories to the newsroom.

PCS Vision Video Phone Sanyo VM4500 can shoot video clips up to 15 seconds long, or narrate a clip with 10 seconds of audio attached to the video.
