Canadian sentenced for posting pictures taken with cameraphone

In the first sentencing in Canada involving a camera phone crime, a 20 year-old man was sentenced to 6 months in jail for posting pornographic pictures of his 17 year-old girlfriend on the Internet, according to French Reuters.

He pleaded guilty to the "posession, creation and distribution of pornographic images of a minor".

He will not be allowed to use a cell phone or a computer for two years following the completion of his jail term.
