A $25 cameraphone from Mattel?

Engadget highlights the gadget news from this year's Cameraphone Summit. "Samsung is hard at work on a five megapixel cameraphone and wants standalone digital cameras to be something only professionals use, Mattel is hard at work on a $25 cameraphone for kids, and Boeing wants to put cameraphones in airplanes so that people can use them to create “in-flight video networks”.
