Vodafone Launches Megapixel Camera

Vodafone UK has added the Sharp GX30 to its range - the first mega-pixel camera phone for GSM networks, reports 160Characters. The state-of-the-art Sharp GX30 comes with a built-in CCD camera capable of taking pictures at a previously unheard resolution of 858 x 1,144 pixels, a first for European networks - and in fact, for GSM networks as well, reports InfoSync. The camera comes complete with Flash, and users will also be able to control shutter speed, do multi-shots and set a self timer for those all-important vanity shots.
