In Europe, a license to view Nokia phone?

News.com brings up an interesting point for future European users of Nokia's side talking 7000 model, which will allows users to watch television.

They will probably have to pay a fee to the government, as they do for radio and television, called a license fee which is meant to cover the costs of public-service broadcasting.

"Nokia said it was looking into regulatory matters with the phone, which will open up a new category of mobile-entertainment devices".
