Credit Card Size Camera Phone

NEC Corp announced that it will soon release a 10mm-thick, credit card-sized mobile phone called the N900. It will launch initially in China and later in Southeast Asia and Europe. [NEAsia]

"Although the main body of the N900 is small, it has features such as a digital camera and a color liquid crystal display that are as high-quality as those of other models."
