French Firm Gets Picture Phones In Writing
Wireless Week reports on a French software company which has come up with two new applications it says will strengthen the picture for customers looking to buy a camera phone.
Paris-based startup ealeyes3D will debut two applications; one is Phone2Fun Digitizer, which will turn a cell phone camera into a scanner, allowing users to send hand-written wireless messages with text, drawings or pre-printed information.
And Phone2Fun Postcard, will allow camera phone users to create wireless postcards by adding hand-written messages or comments to the images they have taken and then sending them via picture messaging or e-mail.
