Fappy, the world's first picture-snapping fax machine

Japanese hi-tech firm Sharp has started selling the world's first picture-snapping fax machine, allowing users to take pictures, connect to the internet, print faxes and talk on the phone.

"If one cannot bear to be away from home for too long, the machine can also be programmed to take pictures of one's residence and mail the images to one's phone, the company said", according to The Age.
