Verizon launches new picture messaging service + handset
The brand new LG VX6000 is the first camera phone from Verizon and allows people to shoot photos and send them through Verizon's new picture messaging service called Pix Place, which gives customers dedicated storage space to share, according to PRNewswire.
The LG VX6000 is available online at verizonwireless.com and at Verizon Wireless 1,200 Communications Stores nationwide as of today, July 8.
Verizon Wireless encourages customers who are upgrading their wireless phone to the new VX6000 to participate in its exclusive Hope-Line phone-recycling program, which distributes previously owned wireless phones to victims of domestic violence.
