Survey on video mail in Japan
According to a recent survey by Japanese mobile operator KDDI, who questioned on Japanese owners of video-capable cell phones, some interesting figures came out with regard to video mail:
-- 50 percent use video mail two or three times a week;
-- 33 percent use it two or three times a month;
-- 10 percent use it every day.
In addition, while 33 percent of those surveyed think video mail conveys messages more easily than text mail and 32.8 percent appreciate video mail over text mail, 12.7 percent noted it takes longer to send video mail than text mail.
These figures were reported by RCRNews.
